How Effective Is Nuforce Anti-dandruff Solution?

Hi sir, this z tejaswi. Am suffering frm dandruff, Hairfall nd pimples. Doctr adviced me to use nuforce anti Dandruf Solution nd Retino ac fr Pimpls. I Used the shampoo fr 1 Week. The Hairfall Is Very heavy. My Frnds Tld Me While usng a new shampoo first there wil b a loss of hair nd dn it wrks. Is dis true?? Is Dis Shampoo realy Wrks?? Plz Advic Me Sir.

Hi,

Dandruff is a multifactorial skin disease called seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp. Dandruff might induce hairfall and acne. You may continue ketoconazole shampoo. Shampoo should be used on alternate days. It should be diluted in water,then apply on scalp and rinse the scalp for few minutes. You may apply steroid with salicylic acid lotion like clop-S lotion on scalp at night daily till good result.

I hope this would clear dandruff which further might improve hairfall and acne.
