How Effective Is Ceftriaxone Medication For Typhoid Fever?
My 14 y.o. son was diagnosed with typhoid fever, he was given chloramphenicol but after 2 days the doctor decided to change the medication to ceftriaxone 3gms OD because he was still having fever, I would like to know if it was the best thing to do? Thank you
