How Fast Could Be The Post Surgery Recovery Expected For THD Procedure?

I had a THD procedure on the 8th. The dr. Told me I would hate him for 4 days. I took that to mean that after the 4 th day I would show improvement. 6 days later I can't even get out of bed, I can't walk further than the bathroom and the kitchen, I am in excruciating pain and going to the bathroom feels like someone is turning my body inside out thru the point of the surgery. The majority of the post express similar experiences what's to expect in the next week?

General Surgeon 's  Response
HI. You have gone for a Transanal hemorrhoidal dearterialization. This is indeed a procedure done at many centers as a day-care one. With no or a minimal pain. The excruciating pain can be due to a hematoma which has transgressed to the anal verge ( which is very painful) or there can be an infection. You should really get an urgent review by your operating surgeon.
