How High Is The Risk Of Me Getting Hiv After Anal Sex?
Hi. I am a Male and i had both receptive and giving anal sex with another man without condom. How high is the risk of me getting HIV. He tried to penetrate me but could not and my anus got cuts as whenever i went to take a dump after that and i felt burning sensation of cut for 4 days. He did not have any pre cum. He ejaculated on my face and i got semen in my eye. i penetrated him for 2 minutes but i din have any cut on my penis. Do you think its possible that HIV could have been transmitted?
Right after that night,In the morning, I had dry cough.sore throat, Body aches . sweating and flu symptoms.
The chance of getting HIV after anal sex is about 1 in 100 and risk is higher when you are having cut marks. Chance are higher for the receptive partner. The morning after symptoms are not related to HIV as it has a incubation period for clinic symptoms ranging from months to years. In my view get your ELISA done now and after three months to get sure that you did not acquire HIV. Also avoid unprotected sex in future.
