How Is A Lump Near The Anus Treated?

i am 29 years old i am 5 foot 7 inches tall and under 140lbs. i have what looks like a small ball is trying to come out of the wrinkled up part of my skin just on the outside of my anal opeimng.it is not painfull unless messed with. it is about the size of the tip of my pinky finger and its smushy. what is it? what do i do about it i am a female

Appreciate your concern, it is not clearly mentioned by you that both the testes are present or not because it is common condition seen of undescended testes most of the time it is the single one but in rare cases it may be bilateral or both the testes might not be descended, if this is not the condition of undescended testes either both or single then it could be case of some lymph node or boil, if the it is the case of undescended testes then you will have to see the surgeon,, I would advise you to see the doctor because such case really needs clinical examination for better diagnosis, hope this information helps.
