How Is Bilateral Varicose Veins Treated?

I am recently married man and do not have active sex.I dont have sperm coming out even after masturbating for 5 - 6 minutes. And due to vigorous maturbating I have sort of pain in left calf muscle.I am recently diagnosed with Billateral varriccose. Please suggest me if there is any medication without surgery as I see the benefit is only through surgery.

Hi, your sperm problem is not related to the Varicose veins. For the varicose veins, if you dont want surgery, then you can start wearing compression stockings Class II and I also usually prescribe Tab Daflon twice daily for three months and it helps control the growth of Varicose veins. For your sperm problem you should see a Urologist to know why sperms are not coming out. There could be an obstruction in your ejaculatory duct and you will require some investigations to know the level of block if it is there. Without investigations it would be difficult to diagnose why it is happening. So please see a Urologist who will be able to help you. Take care,
