How Is Endometriosis Treated?

Doctor my age is 24 married mother of one baby and one baba my baby delivered normal in 2012 and my baba delivered by operation in july2015.after birth of my baba I don t have period since31 Jan 2017but period was like spoting...and now from 21st Feb 2017 my periods are continue I had an altrasound on 02 March 2017 which impression was ENDOMETRITIS and FREE FLUID SEEN IN CUL-DE-SAC.AFTER that I had treatment of tab ponstan forte 3times 7 days tab primolut 3times a day till 21 days ..I started treatment from 6 of March bt till 26 March periods continue I had another treatment of tab novidat tab flagel tab primolut for 6 days bt no changes I had another altar sound on 6 April which impression was ANTEVERTED UTERUS NORMAL IN SIZE ..ENDOMETRITIS. .MULTIPLE TINY FOLLICLES SEEN IN BOTH OVARIES .....NOW i am not taking any medicine but periods are still continue my doc suggest me to D&C plz yousuggest me something
