well i m 21 5 8 and 155 i been to the er like a week ago for chest pain found out i have hypokalemia and my heart is near my chest cavity which i have an appointment with cardiology soon i recently have neck pain which is dull and achy time to time groin pain and back side which is dull and achy abdominal feels dull and achy

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Discontinue diuretics or laxatives if you are using them.
-Use potassium-sparing diuretics if diuretic therapy is required.
-Treat diarrhea or vomiting if you have.
You should go to the emergency room for proper management of the situation.
