How Is The Time Of Ovulation Calculated?

i have a menstrual cycle of 28 days and few times 30days. how can i know the time of ovolution? and what is the best time to consive for my case?FHS is 10.06, AMH 1.03 ,LH is 39.we are trying for 2 months but dont knw what is happenning. previous month i felt that i am pregnant.Few symptom i had seen like staining, morning sickness,head rounding.period was delayed by 2 days,But in the mean time i had to travel 3 hours by road.is this the cause of miscarriage??

The ovulation period is generally 10 to 17 days after the onset of period. You can try for this time period.

It can be difficult to conceive for some couples but in general no intervention is done until a year of trying to conceive.

A miscarriage normally presents with symptoms such as abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding with clots and fleshy material. If you did not have any these symptoms then you are unlikely to have suffered a miscarriage.

In addition, the prolonged travelling would not have caused a miscarriage.
