How Long After Magnesium Citrate Consumption Will Constipation Ease?
Hello--I drank 1/2 bottle of magnesium citrate to help with constipation (I hardly ever am constipated--like maybe three times in my life). Anyway, how long until I expect results; should I drink the rest of the bottle; and may I have dinner in maybe a half-hour?
