How Long After Onset Of Labour Pain Being 5-6 Minutes Apart Should I Go To Hospital?

Hello, I am 39.5 weeks pregnant. my mucus plug came out this morning and i started having severe pelvic pain and back pain. My contractions were about ever 5 to 6 mins apart. I went to the hospital and they sent me home due to the fact that i was not dilated enough. i was 90 percent effaced and 1 1/2 cm dilated. well now 11 hours later im still having serve pain, still at 5-6 mins apart but the contractions have intensified and i keep having a brown discharge. when should i go back to the hospital?

Please go back asap, there is a very high chance you have dilated and should be facing an increased frequency of contractions. Go to the ER and get admitted for constant monitoring.
get an evaluation ASAP.
