Hello
After oral sex by a pros , you ejaculated in her mouth .
Oral sex is a much less efficient mode of HIV transmission.A number of studies have reported that the incidence of transmission of infection by oral sex among couples discordant for HIV-infection is extremely low ( virtually approximately NIL ).However, there have been several reports of documented HIV transmission resulting solely from receptive fellatio and insertive cunnilingus. There are probably many more cases that go unreported because of the frequent practice of both oral as well as receptive anal intercourse by the same person. Therefore , the assumption that receptive oral sex is completely safe in not warranted( so same this apply in your case get in p 24 rapid nucleic acid amplification test 2 weeks after initial encounter with that pros).
Your fingers have not any cuts but abrasion present ( scab formation was there so by this way there is no chance of getting infection by you although vaginal fluid is rich in HIV ).
Protected sex with condom is a safe method in your case.
Now I recommend you following measures;
Don't try any sexual relation with your wife till you get scotfree from HIV infection after 2 weeks of initial encounter and after 3 months of standard test
Nucleic acid amplification p 24 test is a standard test .
Hope this will help you.
