How Long Can I Expect Electric Shock Pain To Last?

I suffered an electric shock three weeks ago. I visited the ER and tests came back normal. My right arm was the point of entry for the current. It is very sore and has a pin and needles like sensation running through it. How long can I expect the pain to last? I am uninsured and nervous.
