hi welcome,
Co-codamol is paracetamol + codeine combined and is a poor form of pain management. Codeine causes constipation and is very addictive As far as taking Co-Codamol with alcohol is concerned,it can result in additive CNS-depression and impairment of judgment, thinking, and psychomotor skills. In more severe cases, respiratory depression, hypotension, profound sedation, and coma can occur

If you're taking a medication, then obviously something is wrong. Alcohol will not help the situation , and could even make it worse.
thanking you
