Sir, please tell me what type of stent has been used- DES or BMS and how long it has been since your last plasty? The duration of therapy varies.Few drugs in low doses are required to be taken whole life eg. Aspirin, Statin, Clopidogrel/Prasugrel etc.Sir, I don't find any logic behind alternate day Rx for BP.No standard guideline recommend such a thing. You should have them in lower doses daily-there are plentiful alternatives and dosing regime. Telmisartan(Angiotensin receptor blocker) and Metoprolol(Beta blocker) both are having very imp role to play in your disease than mere control of BP.Good luck.
