General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Amberen is a proprietary blend of succinates, amino acids, minerals and vitamin E. It is a menopause relief supplement.

After intake of this supplement continuously, the majority of women are symptom-free after 90 days.

Ingredients should be metabolised and eliminated from the body by about 48 to 72 hours.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashakiran S, General & Family Physician
