Hi! Good afternoon Doc. may I ask how many years duration that anti-rabbis injection effective. My son was first bite & injected 4 years ago. So this time the dog bite him that is second times happen. May I know your reply Doc. as soon as possible, thank you very much

Hi,

If you have taken the full course of antirabis shot in the past, you are protected for five years and you will require only bolster dose on subsequent exposure.
