How Long Does An Antibiotic Take To Treat Swelling/numbness In Elbow?
My husband has cellulitis . He s taking an antibiotic but his elbow is still seeping. It s still very swollen . The arm has been swelled up but am concerned why his elbow is warm , swollen and seeping. How long before this gets better and doc has seen him once since visit. He has meds for only 4more days.

You want to know how many days it takes to heal.Its healing time depends upon the amount of tissue infection , organism grown and antibiotics taken .It generally takes to 3 weeks to 2months time.
