How Long Does Cytotec Take To Work After Consumption?
Today is the 23 days since I had sex and I'm pregnant like 3 weeks. I took cytotec 2 days ago and I'm yet to bleed, how long does it take to take effect and can I repeat it again? I really need to get rid of it very quickly. Thanks, your quick answer will be highly appreciated.
Cytotec works best till about 42 days from your last menstrual period. Also if combined with mifepristone it gives better result. It has to be taken after prescription by a certified gynecologist and under supervision as it may cause undesirable effects like incomplete abortion and severe bleeding in some cases.
It takes about 48 hours to begin effect and may be repeated after 24 hours twice.
Please discuss this with your gynecologist and then go ahead with the doses.
