How Long Does It Take For Regesterne To Initiate The Periods?

Hi, I am 28 years old. My expected period date is 31 Jan, as my marriage is on 5 Feb i had to prepone my period date. I have consulted gynaecologist & she advised me to take regestrone 5mg for 5 days (2 tablets a day). Now its 3 days that i have stopped taking them, till today i didnt get my periods. Should I wait or consult the doctor again, please help me. I have to get my periods by tomorrow.

Regestrone is progesterone tablet.
There will be withdrawal bleeding after stopping it.
It depends upon individuals.
There will be withdrawal bleeding within 3 to 7 days.
Otherwise consult your gynecologist for further guidance.
