How long does it take for your body to lose the weight after getting the mirena remove after 9 years of having it in I ve put on 4 stone and tried religiously to lose it through gym diets etc .

for effective weight loss avoid all fried foods, increase vegetables intake , salets , don't rush to foods after exercise, take proper sleep, maintain proper hydration. get your thyroid profile checked , avoid oral contraceptives and may go for barrier methods of contraception.
do some yoga everyday and be hopeful .
you can take some drug if required to control your appetite like sibutramine or orlistal or fenfluramine.
