How long does it take to get rid of melanoma, when is it to late ,what if a person has 7 spots and they keep coming back . Two large ones on the spine, and shoulder. as well as more on legs ,and face. Thank you for your time. I want to know the kind of questions to ask my doctor. Brenda Raeburn.

If you are talking about histologically confirmed melanoma then if there is 7 of them,this means very serious condition and severe cancer spreading. Melanomas wont disappear spontaneously. It must be treated agressively by surgery and chemotherapy. Wish you good health.regards
