How Long Does Laxis Take To Work?
Hi. I have just started taking Lasix and I live with 4 other people with only one bathroom. I need to be able to time my meds so I can get to bathroom without interrupting bath schedules and such. How long does lasix take to work and how long will it stay in my system?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Don't worry you can manage with lasix also by taming the bioclock, you can make habit of going for toilet, with certain intervals, of course the the quantity may increase.
The diuretic activity starts in half an hour, and may last for few hours, you can take the tablet in the timings when others don't use bath room.
Still if you feel difficult you can take it as half tab two times daily, so that you may not have urgency.
