How Long Does Nicotine Remain In The System?

I have to pass a pre employment nicotine urine test. I have been a pack a day smoker for 30 years. I stopped Friday. I was smoke free Saturday and Sunday , then totally slipped and had 2 cigarettes today thinking I wasnt going to get the job offer. I m drinking a ton of water and eating fruits and taking both multi and b complex vitamins to boost cell production and metabolism. I got the offer late this afternoon. Once I accept the offer (Tuesday-tomorrow) I have to call the lab. Once I call the lab I have 4 days to test. Do I have a chance to pass? If so what day?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It can be due to damage to cutenous innervation during surgeries of pelvis before. She should get herself evaluated by a neurologist and confirm any such possibility.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
