How Long Does Swelling In Feet And Pain In Hand Last After ChikV?

Hi, I had ChikV two weeks ago and I am now getting pain into right hand (this makes dressing and driving a difficult task) and wrist as well as swelling of both feet. The swelling does not present pitting. It is rather uncomfortable to walk on the swollen feet. How long would this persist and how can it be dealt with?
