I have been taking mega flex tabs for the last 3 wks.I was doing regularly exercise , after doing scout exercise i had knee problem then it was very difficult for me while sitting down.Dr advise me to do blood test. Vit D3 level was 9.27, vit B12 - normal, uric acid normal.exercise stopped almost a month.I m doing physio exercise. At present, pain almost reduce, how long i have to take mega flex tabs?
hi, I would request you to get a MRI of your knee done to Rule Out Ligament Injury. Generally a Doctor prescribes muscle relaxants for about 10-15 days. I would recommend that you stop the same and start taking it SOS (as and when required). To relieve mild pain you can use Local Irritants. if your pain has subsided I would recommend you continue your Physiotherapy and use Open Petellar Hinged Knee Brace (Vassco's Neoprene are really of good quality as prolonged use of poor quality can cause itching and irritation due to sweating). If you have hesitancy while walking you can suspect a ligament injury for which a MRI would be beneficial. I would also recommend you to start the documents for Vitamin D3 of they have not yet been started.
