How Long Should Paracetamol Take To Subside Fever?

How long does the fever take to subside after paracetamol? My kid 4 yo is having antibiotic for 3days course due to positive mycoplasma igm. She has taken twice. Now remain the last doze. It is 10hours apart from the last paracetamol taken, and the fever came back n shoot up to 39.9 c. Should I be worried? Or should I continue with the last antibiotic and consistent giving to my kid fever medi every 6hours as prescribed or as and when there is high temperature?

Hi
I had gone through the question and understand your concern.
See , Paracetamol usually takes around 15 mins to work .It is advisable to give paracetamol only when required. And you should take the last antibiotic to complete the dose.
I hope this information helps.
Let me know if you have any other queries.
Thank you.
