How Long Should Zerofat Be Taken For Obesity And To Lose Weight?
Hello Doctor, I am from India. I was prescribed by my doctor to take Zerofat for my obesity and to loose weight. I take if for one month but there is not change. Can you please tell me how long or what is the duration to get good results. I am 52 year of age, female
Hi, Thank you for your query and i understand your concern. Zerofat is a anti-obesity drug and you say you have been taking it for a month now and have not seen any changes. Well, one month is not sufficient to bring about desired effects. you need to take the drug for atleast 4-6 months along with a proper balanced diet and exercise to see yourself losing weight. Remember to take the drug atleast 2 hours before meals and to also take multivitamin tablets to cope up with vitamin and mineral loss during this period.
