How Long Will It Take The Baby To Adjust To The New Formula?

I have changed my baby's infant milk formula from the Preterm special care one to a higher one(with higher fat content) just 2 days ago and now is passing bowels after every feed. They arent loose but are green sometimes very smelly. How long will it take the baby to adjust to the new formula?
