How Long Will It Take To Have Period After Having Primolut?

hi, this is now my 3rd month that i did`nt had my period, i went to my gp last week, she decriped primolut 3x daily, just would like to know how long will it take to have my period, is started taking primolut last friday, tomorrow will be a week then? should i worry?

Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Once you stop taking Primolut, you would have your period within a week at the most.
For how long have you been prescribed the tablets ?
Generally the course for progesterone withdrawal is given for 5 - 7 days.
So if you started last Friday, take them for 5 days, and then once you stop, you will have a withdrawal bleeding within a week of stopping.
