how long does it take to recover from a stroke? i had sever stroke i and still not able to walk or use my left arm

I have noted your symptoms. The recovery after stroke varies.

The extent of recovery depends on the location and size of brain infarct (the blood clot in brain).

If possible, please upload the brain scan report. This would help us give you a better answer.

In the meanwhile, please continue with exercises and physiotherapy, which are known to hasten the recovery.
