How Long Will It Take To Recover From Typhoid After Taking Cefspan?

my mother is suffering from typhoid. doctor suggested cefspan 400 mg (cefixime) twice daily for 14 days. she is taken these since 8 days and its continued but during night time she feel cold and fever upto 100 to 101. i want to ask you how long time its takes more. i need free consultation plz thanks.

Typhoid is a disease of enteric system incubation period is 14 - 21 days . antibiotic coverage for 14 days is more than enough to overcome enteric complication.as it is a disease transmitted through faeco oral route it is advisable to have boiled water
