General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear user,

I really understand your concern.

Based on your introduction, this is a delayed reactions. Usually it occurs 1 to 2 days after administration of iron infusion, manifested by arthralgia, myalgia, dizziness, headache, nausea and/or vomiting, etc. The cause of these reactions is unknown.

Delayed reactions tended to subside within 2 to 7 days.

The severity or frequency of delayed reactions may be reduced by lowering the dose or increasing the dosing interval.

Your recovery time depends on the severity of your anemia.

All the best!
