How Long Will The Pain Continue While Passing Stool After Piles Surgery?

Sir, I had bleeding piles and I got it operated on 26th Dec at 1.30pm after anaesthesia - excision of the papilloma done under GA on 26.12.11. (haemorrhoids present was @ 7 and 11 o clock position). Got discharged yesterday, 28th from the hospital. Now I am afraid of passing motion as I have severe pain as it passes initially with farting and passing motion is not controllable. While passing urine, motion is also automatically getting passed and not controllable. If motion passes like this with farting how will the cutting place of haemorrhoids get cured. After operation bleeding got stopped while passing motion. How will I pass motion without any pain/problem/farting. Is there any medicne to be taken for passing motion without the initial farting which creates pain for me. After operation will this happen normally? How long I have to take rest?

* Laxative will help out for smooth regular evacuation without pain ,
friction .

* Sitz bath ( sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water for 10 min each
3 times a day , preferably extra after passing stools )

- Local application of Xylocaine ( 5 % ) jelly give soothng
- Regular intake of analgesic tablets are important for recovery , which
usually varies from person to person or extent and type of surgery done
- Usual rest of 7 - 10 days is sufficient .
