How Long Will The Pain Last After Fistulotomy Surgery?
I had a fistulotomy surgery last Thursday. How long I will have a pain? I back to work on the 5th day after surgery. and i have to walk and stand a lot in my work . I have a 'tight' sensation when I contract my anal ring. Also, consistency of the discharge blood pinkish color and red blood mostly after BMs. Is this safe that I back to work? I am 42 and healthy person.

If there is no infection you should feel better after about a week after surgery. You can do your routine work the next day after surgery
