hi, I am 5 ft 8 inches. I weigh about 63 kgs. very skinny type. if i eat too much i gain fat, rather than proper body mass. what to do?

As per your height your weight is normal. If you want to shape your body then you can join to any gym. Take proteineous diet, avoid all fatty and fried foods, fast foods or junk foods , take more natural fruits and vegetables and go to gym daily to shape your body. Hope it will be help ful . Thank you
