How Much Zentel Syrup Should Be Given To A 3 Year Old Child?

hi. My pediatrician had suggested me to give zentel syrup to my son every six month. Last when I visited my doctor, he had suggested 5 ml dose a day and rest 5 ml after a week. The same to be repeated after eevery 6 months. Now my son is 3 years old. Do I need to gv 5ml and then again rest 5ml after a week or now I should give him complete 10ml in 1 go? If it is 10 ml dosage now, do I need to give him 10ml and then again 10 ml after a week? Do I need to repeat it same way after every 6 months or the duration needs to increase or decrease?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Give 10 ml single dose and repeat it 6monthly.
After 2 years of age dose remains same that is 400mg.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
