hi..i have endometrium polyp/rpoc/organised clot/polycystic ovarian disease.but i do not had proper sex but yeah i took i-pill .so now what can be the solution for that.right ovary enlarged in size (38.1*24*31.3 mm)volume 15 ml.&prominent follicies with hyperechoic strome.

It can be PCOD or ovarian cyst for PCOD take hormonal medication for benign and malignant cyst to be removed
