How Quickly Can Adenoma Come Back After Removal?

about 8 months ago I had a colonoscopy that found 3 polyps and 1 large tubulovillous andnoma and they were removed. I was told to come back in 2 years for another colonoscopy. I recently have had blood on my stool and bright red toilet water (stools come easliy, no straining). As well as intermitant diarrhea and BM urgency. I am and only 31 years old. I am wondering how quickly an adenoma can come back and If I should go back to GI sooner.

Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* There is no definite cut off time lines for the adenoma come back after
removal .

* As the symptoms are indicative of intestinal lesion , you must visit
your GI at earliest .

Hope this will help you .
Regards .
