How Safe Are Energy Supplements For Health?

hello i am 18 and i want to get stonger, bigger, and add muscle mass. I hear of all these body building and workout supplements but i dont know if they are safe or what i should take. i was wondering of i could get a rec.
ex. no explode, muscle milk, creatine, whey protein, etc...

Protein supplements are best for post workout and after gym. Either you can have bodyfuelz whey protein or optimum nutrition whey protein in recommended amount.Whey protein helps to build muscle mass. Creating should not used post workout or after gyming.Because creating is use for having immediate energies in sprinting,weightlifting workout. So go for only whey protein.
