My daughter is 13month old she has infected in urine culture report doctor prescribe him cefoprox syp,amikacin inj,&z&d drops she can t eat anything i give him brest feed she take only my feed not eat any thing else pl tell me what i type of med i ll give him tht she eat something

Cephalosporins are generally safe for children. I hesitate to give aminoglycosides to children and use it with caution, this is because of its inherent nephrotoxic effects and therefore the dose should be adjusted appropriately according to weight and age.
