How Safe Is Taking Amoebriz?

I live in Mexico city and I have a medicine called Amoebriz to give my children, who are ages 6 and 11. The medicine is in liquid form in a 10ml dose. However I cannot find any info on the box or label as to tell me if I am to give them the whole 10ml or not????
