hi doc my age is 25 just had my LFT test my SGOT is 91 SGPT 88 GAMMA GLUTAMYL TRANFERASE is 96 PROTEIN TOTAL 8.7 ALBUMIN 5.4 which are indicating high in reports due to drinking and eating non veg for 1 year. my doc recomend me udiliv 300 2 times in day plus b complex liquid. is there anything to worry or i need further treatment or test? i am avoiding non veg plus alchol and all fatty eatable things now.

Ideally, I would have loved to see you follow through and pinpoint the cause of this abnormal test as fatty liver before taking up on treatment. This is because there are many other possible causes of abnormal liver enzymes like viral hepatitis, drugs, auto immune diseases, excess iron in the livers, etc beside alcohol and fatty disease. I will recommend you follow up with a gastroeneterologist to address this abnormal test. Congratulations for cutting back on alcohol and excess fats consumption. This would be very helpful to you.
