Hi
Looking at your history it's safe under supervision of your doctor
it produces insomnia so take this in the morning 1 to 2 hours before breakfast or 10 to 14 hours before bed time

While stopping the drug taper its doses very slowly because it produces withdrawal symptoms like depression or fatigue

so it's not advisable in high doses for long run
