How Serious Is An HCG MoM Of 3.35 To The Foetus?

Hi. I am 15 weeks preg. I had my 12 week nt scan and bloods. Scan came back perfect but hcg momm is 3.35 and papp a .69 It has bought down syndromw risk to 1 in 93 The dr said the main concern is the hcg mimm but couldnt tell me otjer factors of it. Now im very stressed as when I left my nt scan I was led to believe thibgs were perfect

Hi, thanks for writing HCM..
I understand your concern.. NT scan+ blood only detects the risk of down's syndrome. Its never confirmatory.. For confirmation get a amniocentasis done after consulting a perinatologist. Also do a 4 D scan to the facial features and certain features associated with down's syndrome. If you have doubt about the present report then get it repeated again in a different centre.
