How Severely HIV Would Affect A Person Without Spleen?

I have had my spleen removed about six years ago.....I m in a relationship with someone that has hiv....we do use condoms but I am wondering if the condom breaks how likely would I be to get hiv myself? And how severely hiv would affect someone without a spleen?

Dear, welcome to hcm and thanks for choosing us. Chances of getting hiv are very high, if you have sex with hiv positive person. If condom breaks, you have hundred percent chances of getting hiv. So take care. You can get infected by other fluids also, so please be careful. Spleen helps in immunity building, so for a hiv patients it is a double blow for him.
