How Should Flixotide Be Given To An Infant For Treatment Of Cold?

hi I have a daughter 9mons old and she has been suffer broncho pneumonea when she was 3mons old and 5mons old and now she always have always runny nose and cough, so the pedia advise us to takeshes FLIXOTIDE as her maintenance...is mx3 capsule can help her to prevent those problems? If YES how and what should I do to let her take the capsule? Pls help me...thank you
