Hello,
In my opinion, your approach to fat intake can be flexible. Since you are exercising regularly and are healthy, think balance, not restriction. If you have a family history of
heart disease or if you are trying to lose weight, you may take skimmed milk otherwise it is better to take whole milk. Fat intakes depend on your energy needs.
Unsaturated sources like nuts, seeds, avocados, fatty fish are recommended and yes, olive oil is the best for heart health. Avoid trans-fat like processed baked goods, fried fast food, margarine. Never take packaged food. Fresh food is best for a healthy body. Yes, since you are only 19yrs of age, taking saturated fats in moderation is not harmful but beware of the portions you take. Stay away from any type of addictions.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
