Hi,

After a 5a.m., shift, head home, grab a warm shower, and chill out for a bit. Try to get 7-9 hours of sleep during the day. When you wake up, get some fresh air, stretch, and fuel up with a healthy meal before your next shift. Stick to your routine, stay hydrated, and take care of yourself!

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
