How Should I Treat 3 Year Old Who Got Boils On One Thigh?

I have 3 year old daughter who has boils. Its only one on the thigh, i do don't know what to do because it has happened only first time with her. she does not have fever but she looks little fatigue. I really do not know what to do. Also we just came back from Florida.
